19. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Certain NIBBY products may be offered through an optional recurring subscription.

When selecting a subscription, the applicable:

  • subscription price;

  • discount;

  • billing frequency;

  • delivery frequency; and

  • automatic-renewal terms

will be displayed before you complete checkout.

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize NIBBY and its payment processors to automatically charge your selected payment method according to the billing frequency shown at checkout.

Your subscription will automatically renew until cancelled.

20. SUBSCRIPTION BILLING

Depending on the option you select, subscription orders may recur at intervals such as:

  • every 30 days;

  • every 60 days;

  • every 90 days; or

  • another interval clearly displayed before checkout.

Your payment method may be charged shortly before or when each recurring order is processed.

Subscription products will then be shipped according to the applicable shipping schedule.

21. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION

You may cancel your subscription at any time before your next order enters processing.

You may cancel through any subscription-management tools made available through your account or by contacting:

Cancellation prevents future renewals.

Cancellation does not automatically cancel an order that has already been:

  • processed;

  • fulfilled;

  • dispatched; or

  • shipped.

Where applicable law provides additional cancellation rights, those rights remain unaffected.

22. FAILED SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS

If a subscription payment fails, we may:

  • attempt the charge again;

  • contact you to update your payment information;

  • temporarily pause your subscription; or

  • cancel your subscription.

By maintaining an active subscription, you authorize reasonable attempts to process an authorized recurring payment following a failed payment.

23. SUBSCRIPTION PRICE CHANGES

We may change subscription prices from time to time.

Where required by law, we will notify active subscribers before a new subscription price takes effect.

You may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.

Continued participation after the effective date of a properly disclosed price change constitutes acceptance of the new price, subject to applicable law.

24. SHIPPING

Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Returns Policy.

Delivery estimates displayed on the Website are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • carrier delays;

We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect customer-provided address may be the customer's responsibility where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

28. PET WELLNESS DISCLAIMER

NIBBY products are designed to support routine pet wellness and hygiene.

Unless expressly stated otherwise and legally authorized, our products are not veterinary medicines.

Our products and Website content are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, illness, infection, or medical condition.

Information provided through:

  • the Website;

  • advertising;

  • packaging;

  • social media;

  • email;

  • customer support;

  • other NIBBY communications

It is not intended to replace professional veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

29. CONSULT YOUR VETERINARIAN

You should consult a veterinarian before introducing a supplement or wellness product if your pet:

  • is very young or elderly;

  • has previously experienced adverse reactions; or

30. CAT ORAL AND DENTAL HEALTH

NIBBY oral-care products are designed to support routine oral hygiene.

They do not replace veterinary dental examinations or professional dental treatment where required.

Persistent symptoms such as:

  • severe or persistent bad breath;

  • mouth bleeding;

  • difficulty eating;

  • visible pain;

  • facial swelling;

  • excessive drooling;

  • loose teeth;

  • broken teeth;

  • significant gum inflammation; or

  • sudden changes in eating behavior

may indicate an underlying condition requiring professional veterinary attention.

31. INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

Every pet is different.

Results may vary depending on factors including:

  • age;

  • breed;

  • diet;

  • oral condition;

  • consistency of use;

  • overall health;

  • environment;

  • individual biology; and

  • other factors.

We do not guarantee that every pet will experience identical results.

Customer testimonials, reviews, photographs, advertisements, or other individual experiences do not guarantee that your pet will experience the same outcome.

32. PRODUCT DIRECTIONS

You are responsible for reading and following all product directions and warnings.

Use NIBBY products only as directed.

Do not intentionally exceed the recommended serving or usage instructions.

Products should be stored according to the directions provided on the packaging.

Keep products out of reach of children where appropriate.

If your pet consumes a substantially greater amount than recommended or you believe an accidental overdose may have occurred, contact a veterinarian or appropriate animal poison-control service.

33. TESTIMONIALS AND REVIEWS

We welcome honest reviews and feedback.

Testimonials displayed on our Website or marketing materials reflect individual experiences.

Individual experiences are not necessarily representative of the results another customer or pet may experience.

40. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REIGNPERFORMANCE LLC, NIBBY, AND THEIR OWNERS, MEMBERS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, SUPPLIERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO:

  • YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE;

  • YOUR INABILITY TO USE THE WEBSITE;

This provision does not deprive consumers of mandatory rights granted by laws that cannot legally be waived in their place of residence.

46. JURISDICTION

Subject to mandatory consumer-protection laws that provide otherwise, any court proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Wyoming.

You and REIGNPERFORMANCE LLC consent to the jurisdiction of such courts where legally permitted.

47. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Customers purchasing from outside the United States may have additional mandatory rights under local consumer-protection law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Customers are responsible for complying with laws applicable to the import, possession, and use of products in their jurisdiction.

Customs duties, import taxes, or similar charges may apply depending on destination and may be the customer's responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.

48. SEVERABILITY
